Award of Excellence for "Man with Infant"

Yesterday I was pleased to find that my work "Man with Infant", won the honor of an Award of Excellence at the 2011 West Virginia Juried Exhibition. I am extremely proud and would like to thank the jurors Ryan Grover and Philip Jackson as well as the WV Cultural Center for the opportunities they provide WV artists. This is a Purchase Award, so my piece will now be a permanent part of the WV state collection - an honor I now share with my wife Lauren Adams. Congratulations to all the other winners and participants.
