Today I'm sharing a John Clovis watercolor painting that I photographed at McAteer's restaurant in Fairmont, WV. John Clovis (now retired) was one of my first professors at Fairmont State and played a big part in my development as an artist.

I believe this is a painting of Valley Falls State Park, where Mr. Clovis was known to frequently paint with students.
