Below are my first works of 2012 to be published online. The first exhibits my continuing exploration of scraping away wet latex paint to create a contemporary figure from the black beneath. The second is a revisiting of a series I created in early 2010 with oil pastel. The contour line drawing is created through scratching away the wet paint.
